Background

When I Started: Jul 2006
HOW I STARTED:

I lifted a little with very light weight when i got in about 5th grade but never anything consistent or serious pretty much just to stay occupied. Then going into my Freshman year (2006) I began lifting for football/baseball. That's when i really started lifting.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I like to see gains in size, strength, and athletic performance.

kody_paynter i cant wait to get it broke in or accustomed to it cause yesterday we had 275 on the bar at daniell halls house and he helped with it but after the first 2 to 4 inches of coming up it is mostly the shirt blasting it up. which i guess its my technique that is wrong or i gotta get a stonger chest who knows.
