Always been actively involved in sports especially hurling (irish sport) and recently realised i have only been functioning at 60% and now i want to take my performance to the max.
Why I Love It:
It gives a great feeling of fulfillment and it relieves that much hated stress...

Goal (Long):
I want to see can i rise to the challenge i have set myself. I have initially set out on a 10 week plan to see how far i can get. I had initially gone up to 273 pds but i am glad to say i am back to 264 after 2 weeks and still on the road. My 10 week goal is to be sitting at 250 pounds and then i will reevaluate my goal from there on.
