How I Started:
I've always been a physical person but the past few years have faced lots of personal struggles and emotional eating. Now it's time to reverse the damage and I am motivated.
Why I Love It:
I am addicted now. All I want to do is work out. The changes I am seeing are like a drug to me. I like feeling strong and confident in my body. I am amazed at the transformation so far. I love having muscles to show off.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am going through a particularly trying time in my personal life. My world is upside down and working out helps me handle stress and negative emotions. I let it all out at the gym. Now I'm getting glances from cute guys who never glanced before -that helps too! Ha Ha.
BB Accomplishments:
Down two sizes in clothing. I have biceps that you can see! Yippee.

Goal (Long):
I have spent the past few months building muscle and now I am going to use the next three months to concentrate on fat loss. I am aiming for 170 lbs by July 15th and 150 lbs and a size 10 by September 13th, 2008 - my 41st birthday. I feel like I'm halfway to my destination. Now I have to refocus and change things up a bit.
