Sport and fitness have always been a part of my life. Unfortunately an injury has kept me out for the last year. I'm excited to be back!

I had always been into fitness and sports until an injury kept me out of the gym for over a year. In the meantime my nutrition had spiraled out of control and I turned into exactly what I didn't want for my life. I'm ready to get my life back!
In the next 12 weeks:
- I WILL be under 13% bodyfat
- I WILL have the arms I once did that were too big for my shirts
- I WILL have my nutrition in complete control
- I WILL be a finalist in the MuscleTech Transformation Challenge!
