August 4. 15.07% bodyfat. Had a strange week. I pulled something in my back so I skipped shoulder day, then on Arm day I pulled something in my neck doing an added shoulder exercise. Was unable to complete all my lifting sessions for the week, and missed a few cardio sessions too, but still came out with some progress!

March 22, 2008, at 18.6%bodyfat at 168.4 pounds. This is the first progress pic I have done since switching to the electronic scales with the BF% built in. It reads different from the calipers but it is easier to use and quick and good for progress although I believe it is a higher BF% reading than actual. Or maybe my calliper method readings were off and too low. I am now smaller than I have been but have higher bodyfat on the scales, but I know it is lower than it was before. I stil have a long way to go!

December 14, 2008, 21.3% bodyfat on the electronic scales at 180.0 pounds. This is affter deciding to bulk and totally screwing up my nutrition and eating crap almost every day for about 2.5 months. Yuck!

Looks like I bulked up my center area and nothing else. Actually my arms and chest have grown too, but that is overshadowed by my gut. This is what happens when you let yourself go, but keep lifting.
