yeah man, hanging in there through the heat. Slowed down a bit because of a lot of work hours and a car project this summer, but still plugging away at it trying to gain some weight and not gain much fat with it. How are you doing?

Thanks man! I am trimming some of this fat down, but somehow still able to push a little more weight each time. Today seemed a little blah. Might be time for a small "refeed" day.

Yeah, the walking lunges after the leg extensions after the hack squats about makes me pass out! But then it's like my legs won't fit into my jeans after! Beat the crap out of em' !

Keep that intensity up on the back and traps! I had a great workout starting at 4:30 this morning! Very intense and I added weight or reps on every one! Watch the form and hit it hard man!

I just read that section. There are videos and all that on there too. I have weights and a pull up bar, but no dip station yet. I might have to get equiped and gear up to do this after my current bulking program.
