Hey Man,I've lost almost 100lbs. Don't give up!!!!! Workout hard and eat clean and you'll shed the pounds and feel so much better about yourself. I still have 50 ponds to loose - but we both can do it! Hit me up if you have any questions. ToddC

Doing good man. Thanks for all your help. Got back in the gym yesterday for cardio - hopefully the doc will release me next Thursday to resume lifting!
