Hired a trainer. Got tired of being, looking and feeling tired and fat! I wanted to enjoy my kids and wife.
Why I Love It:
Feels great, I look better and have much more energy.
How I Stay Motivated:
My wife and kids. I want to play ball with my little boy and have the energy it takes to keep up with three kids 6 and under....
My body is the temple of God - its time I lived like it.
BB Accomplishments:
Lost 90 pounds and 8 inches in my waist to date (12/26/2007)!
My weights have increased dramatically.

I weighed 362 pounds here - felt horrible, looked equally bad.
After 10 months of dieting, and 4 months of weight training, I'd lost 88 pounds and 8 inches in my waist.

You seem to be doing well with the steady weight loss. Keep it up and it looks great. Just remember, take it one day at the time and one meal at the time. I'm right there with you.
Todd, you seem to be continuing with the weight loss. Looks great! Keep it up man and remember one meal at the day and one day at the time. I'm still working on it too.
hey Todd, just droppin by to encourge you...man 80 lbs. in 10 months is one incredible feat...how is the weighttraing going? Have you considered going to a HIT circuit? That really killed the blubber for me...either way, great job and good luck going into the new year
You have made and are still making great strides in your quest for a better body and I congratulate you on your weight loss. It isn’t always an easy road and I hopefully you are always able to challenge yourself and strive to be the best that you can be during each and every workout. Stay strong, focused and determined and always believe in your ability to reach your goals. All the best for '08.
