ToddCchanged Weight from 282 lbs. to 275 lbs., a 7 lb. loss in 3 days
I weighed 362 pounds here - felt horrible, looked equally bad.
Well 4 months later I've lost about 19 pounds but at least there is a noticeable change in my looks. I was hoping to loose more weight. But am staying focused and need to quit using hte scale as my tool of measurement.
As you will see in my previous post 2009 had its fair share of ups and downs - My starting weight for 2010 will most likely be between 275 and 280. I'm 282 today (12-26-09) and should lose a few pounds by 1-1-10.
I wanted to drop by and say that you are on your way. I like the progress you are making and know that with your determination and strength of spirit you will not only achieve your goal but most likely surpass it. Stay strong, focused and determined. Remember: "I'm not telling you it is going to be easy, but I am telling you it's going to be worth it."
you are awesome!
that is some tremendous work you have done. don't stop. it casn only get better from here. I am doing it for my wife and kids as well. they will appreciate it for sure. keep in touch
You seem to be doing well with the steady weight loss. Keep it up and it looks great. Just remember, take it one day at the time and one meal at the time. I'm right there with you.
