Thanks for stopping by the other week. Things are going good I have started my diet and am down 14lbs looking to to shred some lbs these next couple months. Sticking to the Bill Grant workout that I had a lot of success with a year ago.

Hey Todd, Thanks for the mutual add and kind words. I guess my biggest problem right now is that I am sidelined due to an arm injury at the gym and leg cramps that hobble me and I have NO idea where they came from! Any advice you can give would be welcome. Thanks!

Maybe you could give me a few pointers over the next year as to what I need to work on and also setting timelines.
