How I Started:
I became interested after quitting smoking. I always loved shapely hard female bodies and was driven to understand how to "get there."
Why I Love It:
I love the endorphine rush and I love to see the results. I crave clean/healthy food and I love looking cut and defined.
How I Stay Motivated:
I believe in practicing what you preach. I love sharing my knowledge to my clients and anyone who is interested. When a client or gym member tells me they feel better, can walk better or breathe easier..that's all I need to stay motivated..that's what it's all about for me..

Competed in NPC Figure Show, June 13, 2009. Came in 2nd Place short class division.

I go heavy, usually 6-10. I am in a mass gaining mode

Yah, that cycling is important for long term progress. Plus life is to e enjoyed. November sounds like a good time frame. Is the show before Thanksgiving? I'm working on leaning back down after working on a slower pace and heavier weights. It's been a hectic summer but ready to hit the tightly structured meal and steel routine again. keep in touch!
