Yeah, despite years of barbell bench (flat and incline), I didn't get a lot of size. I owe the bulk of my pec growth (iornically my best bodypart now)to the Smith, which I started doing because I couldn't get a free bench during primetime. No guarantee it'll work for you, and I get ribbed a lot for it, but they work for me, so I'm sticking with them. Post a pec shot of yourself sometime. Keep on hulkin'.

so far it hasn't been working as well as NO-Xplode...but i've only been using one scoop. gonna start with 2 scoops tomorrow and see how that goes. i'll let you know afterwards.

Never really worked them is all :D! Just began doing Front Pulldowns and Underhand pulldowns, cable rows, one arm dumbbell rows. Those are the staples of my progress!

No I havnt gotton used to it at all. However, I use it 4 weeks on followed by 1-2 weeks off just to avoid it. Look into Vaso for your next pre workout cocktail.
