How I Started:
I did start when I was in 6th grade w/ dumbbells. Then I just did it at random spurts at a time through high school. Now I finally have a strict regiment.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel great, makes my self-esteem just go through the roof, and I just love getting jacked.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to be a personal trainer....eventually the best there is. So I just imagine myself being that Excellent trainer and I know that I have to get through these sets to achieve who I want to be.

I have my whole life been trying to figure out what I want to do with myself when I have to fend for myself in the real world. I believe I have finally figured that out, which is to become a personal fitness trainer. Not just an average one but one who knows how to get people the results they want and more. Plus I love personal fitness in general.

N.O. Shotgun b/c it'll help get you energized in the middle and you'll just be more assisted w/ tearing through your workout and be jacked!

Start of the day was rather normal for a Tuesday.  Went to PHR 101 (Health & nutrition class) then to Math 96 (algebra 1 pretty much, simple class indeed it is for me) and finally COL 101 (basically a bunch of BS that tries teaching you how to manage yourself w/ being a college student and...

Lift heavy up to 8 reps Max, increase your Protein intake, add creatine, BCAA, Glutimaine as for the beach your funny.. I live 7 blks from the ocean.. I never go.. I grew up here and the Ocean is GREEN water..

Yes I am from here... As for Muscle Beach (Venice Beach) thats about a 5 mins drive from my work.. I ony been there a few times.. I dont really whats the big hype is about the place..
