How I Started:
When i was young my grandma bought me abunch of arnold workout books, and she gave me a lil weight bench bar and a few free weights.. it was nothin special but at the time i was in 6th grade and it was like... a big deal to me haha.
Why I Love It:
Keeps me active, Feels great whenever i finish whatever i say im gonna do for the day. whether it be 30 or 300 reps.
How I Stay Motivated:
By seeing results. They dont come over night so when I start to notice em.. its an accomplishment.

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
I feel like I inspire a few people. I have a couple of pretty large people in my family and for them to see my transformation from 220lbs to 156lbs idk.. they just seem proud of me.

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you in your career?
YES. Typically large overweight people dont get hired because most of the time they appear to be lazy. Meaning they wont do their job properly.
It's been working out really well for me. I'm getting bigger, but burning off excess fat from my thighs and my midsection. My upper body and calf muscles are pretty much solid at this point along with my back.
It's epic.
