Which show are you doing? I agree for tyhe most part, I don't really care for fish either but it is a change of pace from chicken and tuna.

I really do not know. If I had to guess it would be sometime next year, say 8 months.

are you a spokesperson for scivation? Do you use any of thier products? I recently did a show and in the competators bag they gave us thier extend sup.

Don't give up, keep at it and take it one day at a time. That which does not kill us make us stronger. Besides, if you can not run use a bike.

The muscle seperation you show in your quads, and the definition in your abs is good. those are my weakest parts. i would like to get some of your views on how to improve those area's for me.
