How I Started:
I got started back in high school while running cross country, to prove to the football team that a runner can be just as strong and tough as them.
Why I Love It:
it gives me a goal to work towards. Plus it can be the greatest stress relief when you have given it all in a work out beating the stress out of you with every rep and excersize.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just knowing that there is someone out there training harder than me, wanting that 1st place on the stage that I want just as much if not more.

I am 4 months out till the Knox classic here in Tn. where I intend to compete. I do not plan to start dieting till about 12 to 10 weeks out. Till then I am going to clean up the diet a bit more and focus on my weak body parts.
Thanks! I'm not sure yet about a show now. There are some local NPC shows here in August and October. I am looking to do the KentuckyMuscle in November for sure.
