Goal (Long):
I have always wanted a beautiful body that I can flaunt (flaunt in a good way, lol). I want to turn heads, not that I can't turn heads now but it feels good when people notice you. Don't get me wrong, I don't like to be the center of attention but some attention is always good. I would like to reach the weight of 150 pounds so I have about 44 pounds to lose and overall I want to live a healthy lifestyle and live as long as possible for my daughter. I'm very confident in myself now and very confident that I can reach my goals.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I eat no more than 1500-1600 calories per day no matter what I eat but I do try to keep it healthy. I also like to treat myself once or twice a week with a cup of ice cream or something else not so lo...more

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
HIIT because 20 minutes of this is more effective than an hour walking on the treadmill. You also burn twice as many calories in a shorter length of time.

What is your cardio exercise plan?
I just basically do HIIT 3x a week on the treadmill for 10 minutes each session working my way up to 15 or 20 minutes. Its tough but well worth it.

I can't believe the amount of success I have had just by changing my diet. I have tried everything from Atkins to Weight Watchers. I've even tried diet pills. I stopped taking them because I don't like the side effects. It wasn't worth it. Weight Watchers was good also but way pay when you can...

Yeah, I'm at day 11. Doing pretty good. Just a couple of small mishaps, but losing inches and feeling better. I'm glad you are losing so steadily. I can't seem to lose unless I AM on a stringent diet lol! :) ~L~
