Goal (Long):
I have always wanted a beautiful body that I can flaunt (flaunt in a good way, lol). I want to turn heads, not that I can't turn heads now but it feels good when people notice you. Don't get me wrong, I don't like to be the center of attention but some attention is always good. I would like to reach the weight of 150 pounds so I have about 44 pounds to lose and overall I want to live a healthy lifestyle and live as long as possible for my daughter. I'm very confident in myself now and very confident that I can reach my goals.
What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I eat no more than 1500-1600 calories per day no matter what I eat but I do try to keep it healthy. What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
HIIT because 20 minutes of this is more effective than an hour walking on the treadmill. You also burn twice as many calories in a shorter length of time.

What is your cardio exercise plan?
I just basically do HIIT 3x a week on the treadmill for 10 minutes each session working my way up to 15 or 20 minutes. Its tough but well worth it.
I am losing weight a good constant pace and I am very pleased. I have lost a total of 32 pounds now and can't even believe that I have made it this far. I'm 18 pounds away from my goal weight of 150...YAY!!!....The problem I am having is with my stomach. I am losing weight and inches but...
You are coming along VERY well and I like your bikini! I know squats help with lifting the butt and will make it look higher and more round. Good luck!
Your new avi is beautiful :) It's is funny you want your booty to grow and I want mine to shrink some -- wish we could trade :) you are doing awesome! The tummy will go in time, it is shrinking now, it looks much better than the beginning pics, keep it up!

I'm doing okay. My progress has stalled because my diet isn't clean but I haven't put any weight or inches back on. I'm working more on reducing bodyfat and building endurance...gotta clean up my diet! Congrats to you though! Keep DOIN WORK'
thanks for the bikini suggestions, i'm gonna check out the site and see what i can find! and I'm still working on my goals, but thinking 20 lbs for the challenge, but will post soon.
*does a happy dance* I love that mag - it my fave! I am starting either tomorrow or Wednesday, I have to get a few more items to start it, but I was planning on doing mostly cardio, 45 min a day if possible, what about you?
Yeah, the last 20 will be harder, but you will get there, just keep doing what you're doing. Progress pics on the way, I do it every 6 weeks, so will have some up next week. Hopefully, I will be able to see the difference!
