How I Started:
Finally had enough with my destructive eating and ten years worth of crash diets.
Why I Love It:
I loving knowing that I'm doing the best for my body. Getting the most out of it that I possibly can. I love the rush and I love feeling strong.
How I Stay Motivated:
Staying motivated honestly is not very hard for me. Wanting to get really fit is motivating all by itself.
BB Accomplishments:
Dropped 14 percent of my body weight and increased weight lifting/cardio abilities.

1-2 Scoops of ON Whey in Chocolate Malt
8oz Smart Balance Lowfat Milk
4oz Water
1 tb. Fiber Powder
2 tb. Wheat Germ or Rolled Oats
1-2 tb. of Smuckers Natural Peanut Butter
I blend it up and drink it over ice. I have to dress up the ON Protein....but I love it with the additions.
