So... It all began when I was deployed with the Air Force, there wasn't much to do in the desert. So I started going to the gym with some friends. Then I started to see little results...now it is an addiction!! Now can't wait to see just how FIT I can get my body!!
Why I Love It:
I love the way I feel afterward and every time I can rasie the weight I lift. Working out makes everything in my life easier and less stressful. I have a question for anyone that reads this WHY DON'T YOU LOVE WORKING OUT?!
How I Stay Motivated:
Every time I put on my uniform I feel it fitting better. And it may sound wrong but every time I see some poor female with a big "muffin top" over her to tight jeans, eating a donut it motivates me to work that much harder and watch my diet more because I don't want to end up like that.
BB Accomplishments:
Bench Pressing 115 lbs

Last night was my day off weight lifting.. However I did my cardio which I do everyday! I have to get those abs out somehow!! I had my best run time ever. Its not fast but it is my best 3.4 miles in 32 minutes. I have a question for anyone reading this. When is the best time to drink...
Keep up the awesome work! As far as protein shakes go, I suggest a small dose, maybe 10 g, before the workout to help fuel the workout. Then post-workout a full dose to dump some protein to those muscles. Since you said that you sleep after the workout, I'd go for a protein shake that contains a decent amount of cassien protein to help prevent the effects from entering a catabolic state. Also for targeting burning fat from a stubborn midsection try doing cardio right after your ab workout.
