Well, I realized that to excel in sports and become an all around better athlete will take a dedicated workout. The coaches made all athletes take weight class. From then on I've gained a passion in lifting, and becoming stronger. I live and feed in the weight room now.
Why I Love It:
Its give me better overall self confidence, less fatigue, gaining muscle, getting compliments, plays major role in sports.
How I Stay Motivated:
If i want to become a Division 1 athlete its going take dedication, and intensity to advance to the College Level.

You look like you're doing really great to me. With your height, you sure have the potential to add a lot of weight and become super awesome! take care! :-)
You've already done a great job on the muscle and definition and have every right to be happy with that. It'll take time to fill out that tall frame but with the effort shown already you'll certainly get there. Best of luck with your goals.
