How I Started:
I was having trouble sleeping and thought that busting my ass during the day would help me sleep at night. I found that I was losing weight. I was sick of how I looked and wanted to look better. I also had been interested in anatomy and physiology for a long time which all brought my interest into bodybuilding/working out.
Why I Love It:
It is something that I have that is mine and that I control. No one can take it away from me. I feel like I'm really doing something with my life and have visual confirmation that my efforts are working.
How I Stay Motivated:
To tell you the truth lately it's been hard to stay motivated. But for me to stay motivated I simply look at myself in the mirror and look at what I want to be.
