Get my pro card by 25, win the Arnold or IronMan by 30, and a Sandow at 35 (yes, I can hear you laughing)
Goal (Long):
I'd like to gain 30 lbs while in Korea for a year (June '09-June '10). Following that, I'd like to compete in my first show within 6 months of getting to Germany in July of '10. At 6'0 I know I'm at a disadvantage to guys who are in the 5'7-5'10 range, but Ronnie Coleman is 5'11 and weighed around 300 so it's not impossible.
So since this past new year, I've completely revamped my diet, stepped up my training, and kicked my caffeine addiction. However, I don't look my best right now. My biggest issue is that I've yet to give up my social life which has, in many ways, held up my progress. I still have aspirations...
Thats wuz up! make sho yo take advantage of that! So im finally home ready to tackle the norms of life again and eating totally diff lol from as before I left so thats my new challenge in life besides getting ready for APRIL!
That's really a good attitude Eric - every experience adds dimension to your character :) plus as you say, you can focus on other goals - you will probably get married, lol!
lol! Hi Eric! Guess what?! We are side by side on the front page on recent profile pictures - how's that for coincidence. Nice AVI - you have put on more mass, yes? Looks great
ooooh, good and bad news I see - great on the mass, but bad about the budget - what would be a good source of inexpensive protein do you think? Eggs? buying in quantity? You are in the states now yes? Have you thought of one of the big box stores like Costco?
