Thanks Titania! Can you believe it's been a year ago since I joined BB.com looking for information on how to tranform my body? Time flies when your pumping iron. Thanks for all the advice you have given me throughout last year. As you can see I put it to good use.
Those are some impresive arms. Also some impresive lifts. I always like to meet woman who train for real strength..not 300 reps with 10lbs on the bar to do curls while manoploising the squat rack! Keep at it!!
