The Essence of Survival "Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up. It knows it must run faster than the fastest lion or it will be killed...Every morning a lion wakes up. It knows it must outrun the slowest gazelle or it will starve to death. It doesn't matter whether your a lion or a gazelle...when the sun come's up, you'd better be running."
After swallowing some pride I have decided to post some pics I took today. My goal is to look at these as what I once was and watch how I transform my body into something to be proud of.
Hi Titan! Thank you for the friend request and for the nice compliment you attached. I always want to pet and play w/ the dogs when the guys bring them in but it's a no-no. Your work and the dogs' work intrigue me. So interesting! Thank YOU for YOUR service as well!
Titan what's good bud? Hope training and supplementation is going great. We got some new things coming out this week. Hit me up when you can. I was thinking maybe we can send some stuff over to the guys at the station.
I wish you nothing but success as you work towards your fitness goal. I am sure with your determination and drive you will not only reach your goal but achieve even new heights.
Stay strong, focused & determined.
Dutch? Impressive. I hope that's not like the amish dutch..
I am a bit dutch myself... in fact I can see some resemblance there.. the same ears and nose..
Thanks for the add! My father served as a police officer and a sheriff. I know exactly how busy that life is, so I have a huge amount of respect for the great progress you have already made! Thanks for serving one of our communities. It is an important aspect that I believe helps to makes us better athletes as well as better people!
Thank You! Keeping posting pictures of that handsome furry guy.....oh and You!......:)

Great progress...keep kickin' your own ass! Your working dog looks like he is well cared for (sorry, that is what I do in the military...take care of MWD's). Stay safe, watch your six and keep killin' it!
