I've always loved lifting, reading muscle and fitness, flex
Why I Love It:
Love to be strong, i always liked to the heroes with the superstrength ( hulk, hercules) i love the thought of being the strongest one out there. Plus i wanna see how much more iron i can move the next time...
How I Stay Motivated:
I see myself on the Olympia stage getting 1st and finally being called the BEST!!!!!!!!!!

Just started lifting 2 yr's ago an its goin slow so nothing yet, ineed a good partner someone with workout and stage experiance if possible.

Goal (Long):
I wanna be between 200 and 205 pds of quality mass(muscular) with maybe just enough fat to where I still have good muscularity and shape but not overly smooth.
My main longterm goal is to one day become Mr. Olympia, to be called the best. If i can get it once I can say I was once the best.
What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Keep your faith and believe in God. Never give up on your dreams or goals.

What chest workout has worked best for you?
heres one routine:incline barbell press 5 sets pyramiding up in weight goin from 12 to 6 reps flat bench press 5 sets of 10 to 12 reps dips 4 sets of 10 reps flat flys 4 sets of 10 to 12 reps
