Thank you for nice compliment :) The next 2 weeks for back will look like this: Wide grip chins, Barbell row/Rack pulls (underhand/overhand grip), Close grip T-bar row, Hammer Strenght pulldown, One arm seated cable rows Hope that helps, Good luck with your training!

I am thinking on OCB show September 15th, Phoenix, Arizona. I know some other people doing a show in Phoenix, Arizona beginning of Nov. I have to look that one up again, as the name of it has slipped my mind. I would love to hear about your show and your experience. I hope you keep me posted.
