I started working out with my mom when I was 18. Endurance sports became my priority, but kept some weight work outs in my routine. I now try to balance both depending "on" season for cycling.
Why I Love It:
I love how weight lifting makes me feel inside and out.
How I Stay Motivated:
Self motivated. If I need a boost, I read some of the journals at BB.com for inspiration.

Bench 135x4setsx5 and Barbell Squat 165x3x6-8
