Overall Goal: Right now I need to get down to a 50 inch stomach/waist. Then I can take a huge leap in measuring my performance and the types of exercises I can do.

I personally feel we all are body builders, some of us do it with twinkies and fudge, others with lean protien and time in the gym. I got started after what I felt to be somewhat of a personal challenge(which I more than lived up to) from "someone" I know. With the help of a friend I'm now on my way and learning more each day about my body and diet.
Why I Love It:
Right now I think its the confidence it is giving me in myself and the mental strength I am building. So many people aren't able to bear-down and workout and make the changes needed to be more healthy and I am actually one of the few that is brave enough to do it.
How I Stay Motivated:
WWW.YOUTUBE.COM Search: Ronnie Coleman
And I have a few enemies that bleed with each inch I lose...
Why I like this video: Ronnie Coleman is my idol/workout muse! I like this video because there are few things that are as motivating as "the big payback!"(vengence)
paul dillet and ronnie coleman posing at arnold cl
Played: 33
Why I like this video: I personally think this video is Coleman at his best. Sure he's only 250 but the muscle is unbelievably defined and his striations are crystal clear.
I've posted new pictures of where I am at so far in my training and for the most part I'd give myself an 85(B) if I was grading myself. I did a lot of good things, but I have a list of bad things that I did:
1. My cardio was way too inconsistent. - I know I have to do cardio to see...
I typically will choose three to four exercises out of my "batch" and alternate days. Legs are an afterthought...
On conditioning days I focus on high reps and on power days I focus on lifting heavier weight.
I am glad to hear that you are determined. It is amazing what can happen once you make fitness a priority in your life. I use what I call the “Holy Trinity” of fitness and that is a great nutrition program, weightlifting and cardio. If you utilize all three of these you will be amazed at what will happen with your body. Let me know if I can be of assistance.
I lost over 50 Lbs and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 following BFL also in the same 12 weeks. I have found that you get the best results by following a well-designed program such as Body for Life. If you challenge yourself you will be amazed at the changes and how fast they happen.
