I've always wanted to be different than the ordinary girl who only worries about her nails and make-up >> the typical girly girl. So I started to train off a bit, and show that I'm not that kind of typical, always complaining, girly girl.
Why I Love It:
Because I love muscles, and I love sports and I love to be active.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just like to be in good shape, to be stronger then the average girl, and I want to keep up with my brothers a bit, I don't want to be their weak little sister who can't take care of herself
BB Accomplishments:
I want to gain more muscles, and lose some fat, and maybe I want to join in a miss figure competition someday.
i tend to switch my routine around a lot. i just make sure i space out the big groups like chest/back/legs. arms and core will go either on another day, or will be attached to a big group day because I will worked them out a lot. then i throw in cardio and some days of rest. today i did back, and some calve raises, deadlifts, and leg extensions but did not do a 'big' leg day such as squats/leg press/lunges ect.
