What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
lifting way past your limits or doing the exercise with bad form
What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
Get it out, if your not makin some noise and getting into your workout then your just wasting your time, and yes i'm the loudest
