I usually hit it between 1130-130 Sundays through Wednesday. Off Thursday, cardio on Friday, Off Saturday.

I prefer long slow diets, doing a 20 week diet for my shows this summer. Don't think i will lose a lot of muscle that way hoping to come in at 260 -270. You got some good size there!

What was your contest weight? You look good need to bring up your legs. I got 3 shows next year myself, and start my precontest in Jan. I still got a month and half left of my bulk trying to hit 330.
