After high school I realized it was time to start working out since I had never done any sports or athletic events. Needed to get healthier!

WHY I LOVE IT:

Now I realize what a high it is and how energetic it makes you feel! I feel so empowered!

Done Being Prego, Now the Frustrating Phase

WELLLLLLL....


I'm almost about a month and half post-delivery and have started working out again on a pretty regular basis. I'm currently doing 1/2 hour workouts in the morning from the nike training club app which seems to be the only thing I can handle right now. Time-wise and physically. Man getting back into it is rough! My body is so stiff it's hard to do lots of the exercizes without my previous flexibilty and muscle. Gotta build both of those things up again and not get discouraged! Once my body is more accustomed to it again and I can get to the gym I will start the RE

Working Out Prego, Thus far

This week I got to the gym 3 times, twice to do some weight training on my upper body and butt, and once to do zumba. Other than that I have been out walking and doing yoga at home. Trying to eat healthier this pregnancy too. The zumba will have to be tamed down in a few weeks since it can get pretty intense and I don't want to overdo it, but the workouts were perfect for baby and my body.
