Background
After high school I realized it was time to start working out since I had never done any sports or athletic events. Needed to get healthier!
Now I realize what a high it is and how energetic it makes you feel! I feel so empowered!

Done Being Prego, Now the Frustrating Phase

I'm almost about a month and half post-delivery and have started working out again on a pretty regular basis. I'm currently doing 1/2 hour workouts in the morning from the nike training club app which seems to be the only thing I can handle right now. Time-wise and physically. Man getting back into it is rough! My body is so stiff it's hard to do lots of the exercizes without my previous flexibilty and muscle.
