I dunno how she manages to do all this.... she is what I call super mummy!!! And she looks fab and works out bloody hard!
She inspires me to be buffmummy... :)
I was recommended this workout by someone in the BB forums. I work out at home using dumbbells and a bar. (+kids are good free weights when doing squats!!!)

Dumbbell Bench Press
Dumbbell bent over row
Standing Dumbbell Shoulder Press
I did 2 sessions of BFL in early 2003. Went from 230 lbs to 186 lbs. A great starter program. Easy to follow. Stick with it and the time will fly by with great results!!
