After good three year break (having kids) I am lifting again. I have a back ground in cross country skiing, gymnastics and cheerleading.

Right...

The good news is I am not in pain anymore ... the bad news is I haven't done any exercise (except little stretches ordered by my chiro) for 4 weeks!!

As written previously, week after my car acident I suddenly had this awful back pain that made me scream in pain. I couldn't...

Workout Program:
I was recommended this workout by someone in the BB forums. I work out at home using dumbbells and a bar. (+kids are good free weights when doing squats!!!)

Monday/Thursday

3 sets of 8-12:
Dumbbell Bench Press
Dumbbell bent over row
Standing Dumbbell Shoulder Press

2 sets of 8-12:

I did 2 sessions of BFL in early 2003. Went from 230 lbs to 186 lbs. A great starter program. Easy to follow. Stick with it and the time will fly by with great results!! W
