I want to build lean muscle and become more defined. My husband and I just got back from the NPC Florida State Championships held in Orlando, FL and LOVED it! My favorite areas were the bikini and figure. I am a pretty modest person, so the thought of strutting around almost naked on stage is pretty intimidating...thankfully I have learned that this sport is not a sexual thing by any means! It is a sport that promotes healthy living and a healthy lifestyle, and competition is merely an outlet for all these hard working, dedicated people to show off all the tough work they have done. Now, I am taking my training AND DIET to the next level, keeping the thought of competing next season in the back of my mind =)

What are your secrets for making healthy food taste great?
Oil and Vinegar Homemade Salad Dressing Recipe:
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
3/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp of black pepper (MOL to taste)

I just mix everything in an empty water bottle and leave it at work.....more
