When I Started:

How I Started:
I have always wanted to be strong and lean. I finally found the time and dedication to do it.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it makes me feel so good, I love seeing my results. Its a time I can go do somthing for me with no one else to worry about. I want to stand out as a woman with muscle and shape vs. being the "delicate" type as many women are percieved.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated because I see results. I dont give up. I have the patience and the dedication to keep going. Too many people set themselves up for failure because they expect chnage right away.
BB Accomplishments:
As of now I have no extraordinary accomplishments. I have obviously gained a passion for working out, and with that I gained skill, technique and knowledge.

Since you've been working out, taking supplements and eating right, how often do you get sick (cold, flu, etc.)?
Very rarely

Do you have any type of chronic disease or condition?
Yes
What is it?
Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (T.O.S.)
How does fitness help you with your condition? What do you have to do differently in your program since you have this condition?
Lifting actually makes the condition worse, but I love lifting...no pain no gain!! As far as I am aware there is no risk or serious or permanent damage if I continue to lift hard, it will just cause more numbness. What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
I did not have any knowledge and did not have proper form.
Starting Jan 1. I am starting my 6 month plan/goal to compete!! I have several friends who are bodybuilders who are going to help me, and with my new job as a personal trainer it will keep me motivated! The diet will be the hardest for me, I eat pretty clean now, but really watching what...

Whats up Tina. How have you been? I see you train at lifetime...which one do you train at? I go to SLP right now, but it gets ridiculously busy in there between 4-7, so I'm thinking about switching it up!
Hey, glad to see you're still around and thanks for the compliment! I know it's hard to get a routine back up and running - I've been there. I've been just trying to stay motivated and hit some new goals - gonna pack on some winter mass and then do a for "real" reals cutting phase. I just noticed your occupation - GNC manager?!?! Man, I should've been hitting you up for discounts! LOL! ;)
