How I Started:
A friend of mine shared how she had lost weight and transformed her body which motivated me to get serious in 2007. I am getting started again because my husband just deployed again to Iraq which gives me a perfect opportunity to get back in shape.
Why I Love It:
Working out makes me feel strong, healthy, and dedicated to being the best I can be. I wouldn't trade that feeling for the world.
How I Stay Motivated:
The way I feel when I am in shape is my biggest motivation. I love that tight feeling right after a hard workout and the clean feeling of knowing that I am fueling my body with the right foods.
BB Accomplishments:
I lost 26 lbs a year ago (Nov 07) but have fallen off the wagon with starting a new career. I want to get back in my healthy routines and get back to a fit and healthy size
