How I Started: I had gotten deployed to Kuwait and one of my goals was to lose weight. I've done that now and new goals just keep coming.
Why I Love It: I'm all about commitment and internal strength. Working out helps me feel the same things but in a different setting. It's just a amazing feeling
How I Stay Motivated: I focus on how far I've come and the people I love.
BB Accomplishments: Losing +25 lbs in 6 months

Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): Get toned and ready to go with the Marines.
Goal (Long): To be more than ready to be stationed with the Marines. Some small goals that fall under that are to weight 125 lbs and to be able to do 80 push ups and 15 pull ups. I also want to decrease my pant size to a 4. I'd like to reach these goals by July, 2008 - right before I change duty stations.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 5 lb

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Breakfast - Kashi cereal and 1 banana
Lunch - Lean Cuisine meal (averages 250 calories), kashi granola bar OR broccoli with cheese, and 1 apple

Well if you are reading this post you probably already know part of my story. If not I'm gong to fill you in. A little over a year ago I was 168 lbs and was getting ready to deploy. Went to Kuwait and made some awesome friends that kept me motivated and I came back to the states at 138 lbs....
