To be more than ready to be stationed with the Marines. Some small goals that fall under that are to weight 125 lbs and to be able to do 80 push ups and 15 pull ups. I also want to decrease my pant size to a 4. I'd like to reach these goals by July, 2008 - right before I change duty stations.
What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Breakfast - Kashi cereal and 1 banana
Lunch - Lean Cuisine meal (averages 250 calories), kashi granola bar OR broccoli with cheese, and 1 apple
Early Dinner- tuna and crackers OR Wheat Pita w/ cheese, turkey, jalepenos, and light mayo
After workout snack - Yogurt OR Smoothie OR healthy choice soup OR banana OR appleBreakfast - Kashi cereal and 1 banana
Lunch - Lean Cuisine meal (averages 250 calories), kashi granola bar OR broccoli with cheese, and 1 apple

What is your favorite "healthy" dessert? Give the recipe if applicable.
I actually love apples, bananas, berries, grapes, fruit yogurt, pears, . . well I guess I could just answere that with "fruit"

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Once I get home from work I have a light snack and am off to the gym. I should think of something better though
Well if you are reading this post you probably already know part of my story. If not I'm gong to fill you in. A little over a year ago I was 168 lbs and was getting ready to deploy. Went to Kuwait and made some awesome friends that kept me motivated and I came back to the states at 138 lbs....
