By the time I was 21 years old I was 230 lbs, overweight, out of shape, and knew I needed to get things under control.
Why I Love It:
I don't love working out ... I love being fit. Working-out sucks, and it's a pain in the ass, but I know it's what needs to be done to be the best I can be.
How I Stay Motivated:
My results motivate me.

Yes, my father has been a lifter my entire life, starting when he was in his late 20's ... I feel my path has created a better bond between he and I because of the common interest.
