VillainChien Huh? What are you talking about? You look much leaner than in your previous pics. I've never heard of P/C/F, but what helped me cut even while I've been eating junk lately is HIT training. Superset everything and only rest while you're setting up. It's exhausting but you burn fat while you work out. Right now I'm massing up my delts and neck to bring them into proportion. 18% bodyfat so I'm playing with the carbs to see where I land. Brian92028 How long did you give the new diet before you decided it was not working? It might not be what you are eating but when you are eating... timing of meals sometimes is pretty important. Things like skipping breakfast or loading up at dinner close to bed time are things that can frustrate the fat loss efforts. Nov 19, 2009 7:16am
