For me fitness underlies everything in my life. I got that from my dad. When I fall into a rut and don't work out for a few months, or even a few days, my whole life goes to hell.
Now half my life is over. My primary motivation is to make the second half of my life absolutely magnificent. If you do the math you will see that my goal is to live exceptionally well until I am 120.
