There is no better way to fight weakness than with strength. Once the mind and body have been awakened to their true potential, it's impossible to turn back. The iron never lies to you. Bulk, Bulk, Bulk. Im looking to add strength and mass while keeping my BF at bay. Depending on how I gain, Id like to add 1-2 lbs per week. I would like to hit about 250-260 lbs by March '07 depending on how things go.
