I had already been athletic (Played DT in Hs and College)and a expierenced weightlifter, but decided I needed to drop weight since I was finally done with sports for good and in the work world.

Hey bro, as long as your happy... That is all that matters. And props to maintaining the weight without being crazy strict, that is still an issue with me. So for now you are just going to try to survive the Holidays? Plan for next year?
Sounds like you have a good plan buddy. 210 is a pretty good weight then work your way back up. Everything is going good on my end still trying to drop weight and lean up more..I think im making some progress..lol
Hey Tim! My training is going good. I've started back bulking last week. I would like to get to 190 lbs. Also trying to fill in my upper chest, get a little thicker in my back, and get some definition in my legs. How are you? Ricky
