HOW I STARTED:

Decided I needed to drop weight since I was finally done with sports for good and in the work world.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Stress reliever. I like that you can directly link your work level to your results.

This has definitely been a crazy 12 weeks, but I’m glad I decided to get back on bodybuilding.com because I probably would not have seen the contest in the first place.


 


I first came across BB.com/bodyspace back in 2008 during my first year out of college. I played football in college and graduated at about 270 lbs (played DT). Over the next 6-8 months I had ballooned up to right around 300 lbs with a significant loss of muscle mass.
