 Workout Day

2542 Calories

216G Protein    260G Carbs    70G Fats 

  • 35%(Preworkout) + 15%(Breakfast) = 50% of daily carbohydrate intake should be in pre workout/breakfast meal
  • Post workout (25%) = 65 Carbs
  • 130 Carbs for Breakfast.. If workout in the morning
  • 52 Carbs (20%) with scoop of pro intraworkout
  • Remaining (5% with rest of meals)

CTBody Great progress! You can keep making gains, you just have to work hard and eat well. About the bodyfat, I wouldn't bother too much with it if I were you. Do a bit more cardio. And good luck! Mar 18, 2010 12:34pm

J-Roz Hey thanks bro! How's your progress coming along? I would simply recommend eating a clean high protein diet, and adding a cardio routine, but not overdoing it with the cardio. And I have always preferred heavy weight lifting routines. Feb 3, 2010 10:51am
