swisswarrior On days when I go into work at 8 AM, I go at the 4:30 AM and workout withthe other guys. When I have to be at work at 6 AM, I go later on in the day and do it by myself. My schedule changes weekly, so it's different from week to week. Feb 20, 2012 8:05pm

swisswarrior Thanks for the friend request, I accepted it. I have been exercising for years, but didn't really start training until 3 years ago. Now I am experimenting with CrossFit to give my body a shock. Congrats on staying natural, you're a winner and a champ already for that important decision. IronLionofJudah Stick with basic exercises nothing fancy incorporate power movements (4 size) & shaping movements... train smart & only lift weights you can handle otherwise you will get injured & hinder your progress.. the desire to be your best comes from within... you have to really want it...
