I used to be in great shape, and I'm tired of being embarassed to take my shirt off at the beach!! lol Kids, career, life, etc all have me spiraling out of control mentally and physically, so I want to get control over it NOW!!!
To gain lean muscle mass. I definitely eant to gain weight, but most of all I want to become a stronger, faster, and gain better overall conditioning for my MMA and Grappling.
