Yes

i live with mild depression.
How does fitness help you with your condition? What do you have to do differently in your program since you have this condition?
as long as i am training i feel good. sometimes i get a little funky and sit around too much. but not too often.

look for one you feel comfortable at, at the usual time of day you will be there. i don't care for gyms that are crowded with so much equipment you can't move around without hitting yourself or others...more

It's never easy. Just have to COMMIT! Just go; buy the right foods. Don't keep junk in the house. Take lunch to work. Say "nope" when offered junk, cuz you know you have your own "goodies" with you! You can do it, you just have to make that decision. Sounds easy, but I KNOW IT'S NOT!
