How does fitness help you with your condition? What do you have to do differently in your program since you have this condition?
as long as i am training i feel good. sometimes i get a little funky and sit around too much. but not too often.

What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?

i decided tonight my long term goal is to squat a car. i have a video of some woman doing it. now, i don't know how long it will take me to get there. but by god ,i'm gonna do it.strength rules!!!
well I don't think that would be a good idea. did you ever hear about a mom who had her kids take revealing pics of her and she got arrested for it. yep..not a good idea Tim.

It's never easy. Just have to COMMIT! Just go; buy the right foods. Don't keep junk in the house. Take lunch to work. Say "nope" when offered junk, cuz you know you have your own "goodies" with you! You can do it, you just have to make that decision. Sounds easy, but I KNOW IT'S NOT!
Oh! Gotcha now. I was always athletic. Took the opportunity to join a gym that just opened. Told myself that I had to commit; had to make it a lifestyle. FELL IN LOVE! Always working hard to find my dream physique!
