How I Started:
I've always been really skinny. Then a few years back,I decided I needed to be bigger. I went to the local wal-mart and picked up a cheap bench and some weights. Now 4 years, 2 benches, & 4 different gyms later I am still doing it.
Why I Love It:
Love to see results of hard work. Love the attention I get. Love not being an easy target for big guys anymore.
How I Stay Motivated:
Arnold ANYTHING! I have 5 big posters of arnold posing all over my room. So it is the FIRST thing i see in the morning. Plus it helps having friends that enjoy doing the same thing you do.

I want to be 220 lbs with as little body fat as possible.
Goal (Long):
I have always wanted to be big, not really Ronnie Colman big, but definitly a lot bigger then I was. I am on my way but I would like to try and lose a good bit of body fat along the way. My goals is 220lbs with little body fat. I know it can be done. And I have given my self until Aug. 08` to get it there.
Well on thursday I was doing upright rows with light weight just starting them, and all of a sudden I pulled a back muscle! OUCH! So I let it rest all day, I was in meetings all day anyway. The next day was back day so I went just to do light weight, everything went really well until the last...
Monday - Chest/Calves - I like to do chest on monday because if I start the week with any other upper body muscle, that muscle will become sore and make lifting on chest day harder. I also do calves, I do calves every other day.
Tuesday - Bicep/Back - I like to work the two together...
Thanks for the comment man...check out my new pic. Gained some serious mass but still have tons more to gain. Wow, you have really transformed your body. I'm impressed. As for body fat, lol, I have none at all. If you could give me some pointers on supplements you've used to gain, I'd appreciate it. Thanks and happy lifting!
