Toast, eggs, chicken, ice cream, cheese
Lunch (same deal):
Tuna, toast, cheese, chicken, ice cream, cottage cheese, turkey
Supper:
Chicken, fish, ham / pork product, turkey product, noodles, rice
Snacks of ice cream, sweets, etc. throughout day

Pretty much ignored this but noticed the last post was pretty old and far off from my current settings. To put things into perspective for the recent I've managed to eliminate what I believe to be all problem foods from my diet. I'm currently only a diet of chicken, turkey, and salmon rotation for breakfast/lunch/supper to keep it interesting, I mix with 2 eggs per meal, cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, for variety. I take Russian Bear 5000 gainer and creatine supps. The RB5k is great... Go to BodyBlog
