Oh that's right...I haven't updated that blog in a long time LOL. I normally only update my thread in the Contest Prep Section. For that particular block, I was emphasizing glutes/hams and only doing enough to maintain quads...I'm doing more for quads now.
I went from the chocolate to the vanilla....not a good move for me. I enjoyed the vanilla for about a week...then it got to me. It probably doesn't help that I just drink it plain with water....so I guess I'm not a good judge...haha
I have some gal pals right now that are 1/2 my age, competing with them. 1 a friend for a couple years the other 2 are new.Try to role model for them. My partner is fit,that makes relationships easy and our daughter is really into fitness. at 7 she can do both a chin up and pull up.
Hey no worries man. I've always found that it's difficult to approach the girls in the gym as they may find it weird/creepy or invading their personal space or whatever. Finding the right moment is crucial. (not that I am an expert) :)
You don't and doubt you'll ever look gangly again. Plenty of time to add those 10kgs and get ready....Will keep eye on your progress right to stage time. Andre
