Not sure if anyone reads this but in case they do your in for a treat. First an update:
- decided my ideal look is the Steve Reeve's look. started training full body 3 times a week like he did
- workouts really doing me in but I'm enjoying them a lot :)

I went from the chocolate to the vanilla....not a good move for me. I enjoyed the vanilla for about a week...then it got to me. It probably doesn't help that I just drink it plain with water....so I guess I'm not a good judge...haha

I have some gal pals right now that are 1/2 my age, competing with them. 1 a friend for a couple years the other 2 are new.Try to role model for them. My partner is fit,that makes relationships easy and our daughter is really into fitness. at 7 she can do both a chin up and pull up.

Yeah, man. I'm in a band...so my rock and roll guitar stance has given me a 15 inch left calf and a 14 inch right calf. Not cool...haha.

Hey no worries man. I've always found that it's difficult to approach the girls in the gym as they may find it weird/creepy or invading their personal space or whatever. Finding the right moment is crucial. (not that I am an expert) :)
