Overall Goal: To put back the 30 or so pounds I've lost over the last few years due to laziness and lack of motivation. But to achieve that I first need to rehab my shoulder and I need to finally take the time and make the effort to do it.

I started college in high school and I needed to fill some PE credits to graduate so I figured a weight lifting class would be an easy way to fill those requirements without actually putting any effort out...and I got addicted.
Why I Love It:
The sense of accomplishment, the DOMS that scream "Yes you actually are making progress!", the rush of endorphins brought on by a good run...
How I Stay Motivated:
I shook a man's hand the other day, it was like gripping a wet noodle...suddenly all I could think of was a set of heavy squats.

Goal (Long):
Back in college I was a typical gym rat, I put in more hours at the gym than I did in the classroom and I had the body to show for it. Years later I've lost the drive and the motivation and as such I've lost 30lbs of muscle and I've lost a lot of definition. My main goal is to take a step back about 7yrs and refind that guy that got excited to lift and the real desire to live!

How does fitness help you with your condition? What do you have to do differently in your program since you have this condition?
When I was in better physical condition I had stronger lungs and fewer problems with them (though recent problems could be attributed to smoking but who's to judge?).

Why I like this video: Freakin insane...I miss having a clean semi safe playground area you could screw around in like this...can't go through the park without finding bodily fluids, gum, and sharp objects everywhere you look.
I'm still alive and working hard! Just slacking with the updates. Been doing some power routines and circuits and loving it. I'm in the process of moving back to my hometown up North right now so I hope that won't get in the way. How have you been? I've noticed you don't have any new updates??!! hmmm

Wow, Chris! It's so good to hear from you hun. I'm doing great, the farm is as busy as ever, and I even got a little goat. No real changes here for the summer, but I DO have a CAT 4 hurricane headed my way, but that's about it. Hope your summer is coming along nicely, and that the new job is treating you well. Ahh yes I'm still hitting it hard. Its a slow process for me though. I do need to get some new progress pictures up. You still look great in the picture even though its after work.
I don't think you'll find meaning in life getting all frustrated in trying to figure it out. "Meaning," is something every individual creates for themselves. ;)
