It wasn't until shortly after joining bodybuilding.com and making some great friends here that I started taking my training seriously. Reading through the journals, online articles, and the threads - truly got me Fired Up!
Why I Love It:
I absolutely LOVE feeling strong, pushing myself to improve, and seeing the results of hard work.
